WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

WADADA MOVEMENT ships worldwide via all major international courier companies – your shipment will be sent via FedEx, DHL or UPS. All domestic orders (USA) are sent via US Postal Service (registered)..

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
WADADA MOVEMENT ships from their headquarters based in Port of Spain Trinidad.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP OUT MY ORDER?

It takes 3 to 5 business days to process your order. After your order has been processed and approved we ship within 1-2 working days.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

For all international shipments please expect to receive your order within 10 business days of shipped date. For all shipments within US please expect to receive your order within 7 business days from the shipped date. Unfortunately, no shipping on weekends and holidays.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped out, we will email your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

WHAT IF THERE ARE SERVICE DELAYS?

Bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays – WADADA MOVEMENT is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.

 WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM FEES?

Custom duties/taxes/charges can be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country – WADADA MOVEMENT is not responsible for these charges and we are not aware of what these charges, if applicable, would be for each destination country. We would recommend to contact your local custom office to inquire about what these would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence.

 WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY?

For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay custom fees - WADADA MOVEMENT does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent again, you will have to respectfully pay the shipping fees once again. We would love to help you here which is why it's important to provide us with the correct shipping information and enquire about any custom fees beforehand – if you require help with this, contact us.

WHAT IF I RETURN MY ORDER, WILL YOU REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES?

WADADA MOVEMENT will definitely return your order however unfortunately cannot refund shipping fees. If you do wish to process your return, please note you will incur all costs related to the shipping of returning your goods.
