Asha has spent over a decade dressing women in pieces that empower, but for years, she quietly carried a vision she never quite felt ready to unveil. “I’ve always wanted to do this,” she admits. “But I needed to become her first.”
Over the past seven years, Asha has undergone her own transformation — a deep, personal evolution toward authenticity, freedom, and feminine truth. It was a journey of unlearning, softening, and stepping unapologetically into her power. And from that metamorphosis came 'alter HER' ... a celebration of the many layers that live within every woman.

Behind The Wadada Brand

Asha and Ayanna Diaz, known as the Wadada Twins, are visionary fashion designers and entrepreneurs whose creativity stems from their unique life experiences.
Though neither attended formal fashion school—Asha holds a Master’s degree in Aviation Safety and now teaches yoga, while Ayanna, with a degree in Hospitality Management, works in digital marketing—their passion for design came naturally.
Their tall, slender frames inspired them to custom-make their own outfits, leading to the founding of Wadada Movement.
Together they blend cultural pride, individuality, and innovation in their work, creating collections that celebrate diversity and redefine Caribbean fashion.
Beyond fashion, they are passionate advocates for Cannabis, embracing wellness and natural living. Committed to empowering others through wellness and online entrepreneurship, Wadada twins embody creativity, resilience and authenticity.
